If you've ever had an issue with one of our games and reached out for help, you may have been asked for your Game User ID or player ID.
Your Game User ID is a unique number that helps us locate your account and assist you better. Finding this 10- or 11-digit number on a mobile device or the W10 app is simple, though it may vary slightly by game. Here’s an example.
Tap on My Profile/My Account
1.- Open the game and tap the 'My Profile' (sometimes 'My account') on the Start Menu.
2.- You can also tap the Settings icon on the level screen and select the 'My Profile' button here.
Double tap the King logo
On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above...
...and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game User ID:
